The Women’s Championship Tournament (WCT)
The WCT was founded by America’s number one female polo player Sunny Hale in 2005, on the idea that women needed a place to compete against other women in top level competitions and to foster the camaraderie that is shared among competitors with the same passion. Today, women’s polo is one of the largest growing sectors in the sport of polo. Women not only have played polo for decades, they have run polo clubs, run polo schools and are also responsible for training some of the greatest polo ponies in the history of the sport.
