The Wellington Aquatics Complex is hosting the Make a S.P.L.A.S.H. (Safety and Prevention Leaves All Swimmers Happy) event on June 6th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. There will be free admission during the event
Pediatric Residents from Palms West Hospital and First Responders from the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue will be on-hand to discuss water safety and more. There will also be lifeguards demonstrating a near-drowning scenario with the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Multiple vendors will be on site to discuss the importance of safety in and around the water.
